At Changing Hands Navigators, we believe every family deserves a trusted guide when facing the important decisions that come with aging and changing care needs. Searching for the right senior living community can be overwhelming. Questions, uncertainty, emotions, and time-sensitive decisions often leave families wondering where to begin. Our purpose is to bring clarity, compassion, and confidence to that journey.

Our founder, Nicole Calvert, has spent years helping families through some of life's biggest transitions. As a licensed Realtor, she has guided individuals and families through one of the most significant decisions they will ever make—finding a place to call home. Along the way, she discovered that sometimes the greatest need wasn't buying or selling a house. It was helping families find the right place for a loved one to receive care, support, dignity, and a true sense of belonging. That realization led to another meaningful chapter. While volunteering at a local care home, Nicole spent time visiting with residents, listening to their stories, sharing conversations, and simply being present. Those visits reinforced something she already believed—that every older adult deserves to be seen, valued, and treated with kindness, and that every family deserves someone they can trust to help navigate the journey ahead.

Those experiences became the foundation of Changing Hands Navigators.
Inspired by a shared desire to serve others, Nicole partnered with her daughter to create Changing Hands Navigators—a family-founded company built on compassion, integrity, and the belief that no family should have to navigate life's care transitions alone. Changing Hands Navigators was founded on a simple belief: every family deserves someone to walk beside them during life's most important transitions.
